Reed, et al., Trustees of the General <br /> <br />Electric Pension Trust, as o~mer of that certain property commonly <br /> <br />known as 2108 Roosevelt Avenue, Redwood City, California, more <br /> <br />particularly described in that certain revocable encroachment <br /> <br />,permit attached hereto, through its agent, Shell Oil Company, has <br /> <br />requested permission to use for landscaping purposes City-owned <br /> <br />real property described in "Exhibit All attached to that certain <br /> <br />revocable encroachment permit, which' is attached heretoi and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the intention and desire of ,this Council to <br /> <br />grant a revocable encroachment permit permitting such use, subject <br /> <br />to the following designated terms and conditions; <br /> <br />NOVl, THEREFORE i <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS <br /> <br />FOLLOHS: <br /> <br />1. That the city Manager is hereby authorized to execute the <br /> <br />revocable encroachment permit, a copy or which is attached hereto, <br /> <br />to Shell Oil Company as agent of the O\'lner of the real. property . said <br /> <br />revocable encroachment permit is to permit use of that certain City- <br /> <br />OWhtSd real p.roperty, more particularly described in "Exhibit AI' of <br /> <br />that certain revocable encroachment permit, attached hereto and by <br /> <br />this reference incorporated herein, for landscaping purposes. <br /> <br />_Said revocable encroachment permit shall not be effective until <br /> <br />such time as Shell Oi~ Company executes an acceptance of its terms <br /> <br />and conditions. <br /> <br />2. The revocable encroachment permit shall be that permit <br /> <br />entitled "Grant of Revocable Encroachment Permit - 2108 Roosevelt <br /> <br />Avenue (westerly corner of Roosevelt and Upton), Redwood city, <br /> <br />California," attached hereto, and incorporated herein as if set <br /> <br />out in full 'herein.', <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
