RESOLUTION GRANTING EXCEPTIONS TO CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER 30 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, BEING THE SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY--TERRACE INVESTORS WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 30.6 of the Code of the City of Redwood City, the Planning Commission has recommended approval of the application of the owners of the real property hereinafter described for exceptions to the provisions of Chapter 30 of the Code of the City of Redwood City to allow two lots to have less than the minimum lot area size required by said Code for the applicable zoning district: and WHEREAS, the property for which application for exceptions is made is that certain real property situate in the City of Redwood city, County of San Mateo, State of California, described as follows: 107 Charter Street and 1331 Hancock Street; being Lots 4 and 6, Block 7, Eastern Addition: Assessor's Parcel No. 53-376-(08, 10): IR District; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has found and reported to this Council that exceptional circumstances and conditions exist which affect said property: the exceptions applied for are necessary for preservation and enjoyment of substantial property rights of petitioner: that the granting of said exceptions will not be detrimental to the public welfare or be injurious to other property in the neighborhood; NOW, THEREFORE: BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: 1.
