'/(.(. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING EXCEPTIONS TO CERTAIN PROVISIONS <br />OF CHAPTER 30 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, BEING THE SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS OF THE CITY <br />OF REDWOOD CITY--TERRACE INVESTORS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 30.6 of the Code of the City <br /> <br />of Redwood City, the Planning Commission has recommended approval <br /> <br />of the application of the owners of the real property hereinafter <br /> <br />described for exceptions to the provisions of Chapter 30 of the <br /> <br />Code of the City of Redwood City to allow two lots to have less <br /> <br />than the minimum lot area size required by said Code for the <br /> <br />applicable zoning district: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the property for which application for exceptions <br /> <br />is made is that certain real property situate in the City of <br /> <br />Redwood city, County of San Mateo, State of California, described <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />107 Charter Street and 1331 Hancock Street; being <br />Lots 4 and 6, Block 7, Eastern Addition: Assessor's <br />Parcel No. 53-376-(08, 10): IR District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has found and reported <br /> <br />to this Council that exceptional circumstances and conditions <br /> <br />exist which affect said property: the exceptions applied for <br /> <br />are necessary for preservation and enjoyment of substantial <br /> <br />property rights of petitioner: that the granting of said <br /> <br />exceptions will not be detrimental to the public welfare or <br /> <br />be injurious to other property in the neighborhood; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Pursuant to the terms of Chapter 30 of the Code of the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City, exceptions are hereby granted for the <br /> <br />above described real property to allow two lots to have less <br />
