NO'~ 10 '69 <br /> <br />O;(1"'i~;\J,J <br /> <br />R E ,[ 0 L U T 1. 0 N NO. j,/ S-3 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING EXCEPTIONS TO CERTAIN PROVISIONS <br />OF CHAPTER 30 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />BEING THE SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY -- J. .A. REPETTI <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 30.6 of the Code of the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City, the Planning Commission has recommended <br /> <br />approval of the application of the owners of the real property <br /> <br />hereinafter described for exceptions to the provisions of <br /> <br />Chapter 30 of the Code of the city of Redwood City to allow <br /> <br />two lots to have less than the minimum street frontage <br /> <br />required by said Code for the applicable zoning district; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the property for which application for exceptions <br /> <br />is made is that certain real property situate in the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of california, des- <br /> <br />cribed as follows: <br /> <br />44-56 Orchard Avenue: being resubdivisions <br />of Lot 4 and portions of Lot 3, Lee Tract: <br />Assessor's Parcel No. 59-104-04: R-2 District: <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has found and reported <br /> <br />to this Council that exceptional circumstances and conditions <br /> <br />exist which affect said property; the exceptions applied for <br /> <br />are necessary for preservation and enjoyment of substantial <br /> <br />property rights of petitioner; that the granting of said <br /> <br />exceptions will not be detrimental to the public welfare <br /> <br />or be injurious to other property in the neighborhood: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1.
