RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND APPROVING REVOCABLE PERMIT FOR INSTALLATION OF A SIGN DISPLAY DESIGNATING SERVICE CLUBS ENGAGED IN CIVIC ACTIVITIES IN CITY OF REDWOOD CITY WHEREAS, the Inter-Service Club Council, an unincorporated association, desires to place and install a sign display designating service clubs engaged in civic activities in the City of Redwood City within the following described property or premises of the City of Redwood City: That certain traffic island located in the vicinity of the northwesterly corner of the intersection of Claremont Avenue with El Camino Real in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of california; the approx- imate area within which said sign may be installed is as shown on t;hat plat marked "Exhibit A," and attached to the revocable permit authorized by this reso~ution; and WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council to grant a revocable permit for the installation of the above mentioned sign display to the Inter-Service Club Council; NOW, THEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: 1. That the City Manager and Director of Public Works are hereby authorized to execute a revocable permit to the Inter- Service Club Council, to place and install a sign display designating service clubs engaged in civic activities in the city of Redwood city, within the above described property in the City of Redwood City, which permit shall not be effective until such time as the Inter-Service Club Council executes an acceptance of its terms and conditions. 2. That the permit granted shall be in the form of that certain permit entitled "Revocable Permit" (form dated 11/10/69), attached hereto and incorporated herein as if set out at length herein. * * *
