<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />DES:yc:10/16/69 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />OCT 20 f" <br /> <br />RE~OLUT.!.ON <br /> <br />N O. b/~O <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />RENTAL AND SERVICE AGREEMENT FOR TEMPORARY ELECTRICAL <br />FACILITIES - REDWOOD CITY GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT <br />NO. 1-64 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City for and on behalf of <br /> <br />Redwood City General Improvement District No. 1-64 requires <br /> <br />temporary electrical street lighting facilities and service <br /> <br />for use in said improvement district: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Pacific Gas and Electric Company has offered to <br /> <br />furnish said temporary electrical facilities and service for a <br /> <br />period of approximately six months, with title to said facilities <br /> <br />to remain vested in said Pacific Gas and Electric Company; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement on file with the City Clerk, and <br /> <br />in the form of "Exhibit A" hereof, entitled "Pacific Gas and <br /> <br />Electric Company - Agreement for Installation and Removal of <br /> <br />Facilities and Supply of Temporary Electric Service," and <br /> <br />"Exhibit B" hereof in the form of letter from said Pacific Gas <br /> <br />and Electric Company to the City of Redwood City and dated <br /> <br />October 13, 1969, is hereby approved (provided, however, that <br /> <br />approval thereof shall not include approval of reference in <br /> <br />paragraph 3 of the aforesaid letter to retention of the subject <br /> <br />facilities as a permanent system); and the City Manager is <br /> <br />hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement for <br /> <br />and on behalf of Redwood City General Improvement District No. 1-64. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
