"-1 RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO CONSTRUCT CERTAIN PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS OAK KNOLL - CANYON LANE & VICINITY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Redwood City, that the public convenience and necessity require, and that it intends to order, in accordance with the procedure set out in the Improvement Act of 1911 as embodied in the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California, as amended, the following work to be done, acquisitions to be had and improvements to be made in and for said City, to wit: The construction of sanitary se\Ver mains, wyes, tees, laterals and a.ppurtenances, cleanouts, lampholes, and manholes with frames and covers together with all work. appurtenant thereto and necessary to complete the same in Oak 1{nol1 Drive from Canyon Road to Hillside Road, in Hillside Road from Oak l(no11 Drive westerly 235 feet, more or less, and in easements to be acquired along the southerly line of lands of City and County of San Francisco (Hetch-Hetchy Right of V{ay) from Glcnwood Avenue northerly 1250 feet, more or less, and in ease- ments to be acquired running generally westerly and southwesterly from the southerly line o~ said lands of City and County of San Francisco across Lot 3, Block 29, as shown on map entitled, "OAK KNOLL W~NOR, II recorded in Book 10 of l\.1aps at pages 4 to 11, Records of San 1vJ.ateo County, California, a distance of approxima.tely 400 feet, 'more or less, and shortened or extended as required to provide service to Lots 18, 19 . and 20, as shown on map entitled, "E1.1ERALD LAI{E PARK M~P NO.4. " recorded in Book 10 ,of lv'.1.8.PS at pag-e 32, Records of San lv1..ateo County," California. ' . All of said work and improv~mentsare to be constructed at the place, in the manner, of the sizes, of the materials, and to the lines, grades and elevations as shown on the plans, profiles and specifications made therefor, and on file in the office of the City Engineer and Director of Public Works of the City of Redwood City, and the same are made a part hereof by reference thereto. Whenever any public way is referred to as running between two public ways, or from or to any public way, the intersections of the public ways referred to are included to the extent that work shall be done therein pursuant to the plans and specifications 1.
