P-1398 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING ADDENDUM TO EIR AND AUTHORIZING <br /> EXECUTION OF NOTICE OF DETERMINATION FOR OIL <br /> RECLAMATION FACILITY <br /> <br /> (SEAPORT PETROLEUM CORPORATION) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Seaport Petroleum Corporation ("Seaport") proposes <br />to receive and distill petroleum products by using a skid mounted <br />distillation unit, sell the resulting petroleum products and <br />maintain a liquid bulk cargo terminal for receipt, storage, <br />processing, recycling and distribution of crude oil, petroleum and <br />petroleum products from the premises leased to Seaport under a <br />lease agreement; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, there has been presented to, and reviewed by, this <br />Board a lease agreement (the "Lease Agreement") providing for the <br />lease by Seaport of premises owned by the Port of Redwood City for <br />the use described above; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in August, 1988, an Initial Study and Draft Negative <br />Declaration, prepared pursuant to the California Environmental <br />Quality Act ("CEQA", Public Resources Code, §21080 et seq.) were <br />circulated on a proposal by Redwood City Services Corporation <br />("RCSC") to.adaptively reuse facilities previously used by Pilot <br />Petroleum at 475 Seaport Boulevard, in the Port of Redwood City <br />for a petroleum product reclamation project (the "Project"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in December, 1988, the Final Environmental Impact <br />Report ("EIR") for the P~oject was certified by the South Bayside <br />System Authority ("SBSA"), the Lead Agency; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, subsequent to SBSA's certification of the Final EIR, <br />RCSC left the Pilot Petroleum site and relocated to an office at <br /> <br /> <br />
