DES:yc:7/7/69 Rev. 7/11/69 7/14/6"9 ORIGINA~ RES 0 L UTI 0 N --------- N O. bo3tt Jll:~ :t-'l'or9 RESOLUTION GRANTING CONDITIONAL SE\"JER CONNECTION PERI-1IT TO PREMISES SITUATE OUTSIDE THE CITY LIHITS PURSUANT TO SECTION 27.21.1 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF R:EDhTOOD CITY; AND S'I'A1'ING CONDITIONS THEREOF AND FEES THEREFOR (NIELSEN) WHEREAS, the owner(s) of the hereinafter described real .property situate within Block 24, Oak Knoll Manor subdivision, in the County of San Mateo and outside of the corporate limits of the city of Redwood city, has applied to th~ City for a permit to connect to the Redwood city sewer system: and WHERFAS, in support of said application, the applicant has established the existence 0;[ exceptional and extraordinary conditions affecting the subject property and affecting the public health and safety: and WHFRE1\'s, this Council has received evidence indicating tbe existence of, and has found that exceptional and extraordinary circumstances affecting said property and affecting the public health and safety exist, which circumstances require the granting of a sewer connection permit to serve the property in question; NOW, THEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLO~'\lS: 1. Based upon the above mentioned finding of exceptional and extraordinary circumstances relating to the subject application, a sewer connection permit is hereby granted to connect the hereinafter described ,property to the Redwood city sewer system pursuant to Section 27.21.1 of the Code of the City of Redwood City, subject to the conditions stated herein. 2. The permit granted herein sha 11 be subj ect to the following fees, terms and conditions:
