I,ll AND HEREIN DESCRIBED, AND HEREIN ANNEXING SAID TERRITORY TO THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY PURSUANT TO 'rHE PROVISIONS OF SECTION 35310.1 OF THE GOVERmlENT CODE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COm~CIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY: l1HER~..S, on the 5th day of May, 1969, the Council of the City of Redwood City adopted Resolution No. 5974 giving notice of, and declaring that, pursuant to petition, proceedings have been initiated to annex 'to the City of Redwood City that certain territory designated "Eastview Annexation No. I," pursuant to the provisions of Section 35310.1 of the Government Code of the state of California; and WHEREAS, this Council has received evidence showing and finds: (1) That the Local Agency Formation Commission of San Mateo County, ,California, has prepared, or caused to be prepared, a report on said proposed annexation, as required by law, and that said Local Agency Formation Commission has approved the proposal for the annexation of the territory known as "Eastview Annexation No.1"; and (2) That a petition has been signed by the owners of all the land in the territory proposed to be annexed, which fact was declared in the resolution giving notice of the proposed annexa- tionr and (3) That said territory is situate immediately adjacent to and touches and is contiguous to the boundaries of the City of Redwood City; and (4) That less than 12 registered voters resided within the territory at the time the above mentioned resolution was adopted by this Council and that said territory is therefore uninhabited: and
