DES:yc:3/7/69 ORIGINAL lWlIO '~ RES 0 L UTI 0 N ---------- N O. ..s9). 1 RESOLUTION GRANTING CONDITIONAL SEWER CONNECTION PERMIT TO PREMISES SITUATE OUTSIDE THE CITY LIMITS PURSUANT TO SECTION 27.21.1 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY; AND STATING CONDITIONS THEREOF AND FEES THEREFOR AND MAKING THE COST OF CERTAIN IMPROVE- MENTS IN CONNECTION THEREWITH A LIEN ON THE LAND (MILLER) WHEREAS, the owners of the hereinafter described real property commonly known as 345 Edgewood Road situate in the County of San Mateo and outside the corporate limits of the City of Redwood City, have applied to the City for a permit to connect to the Redwood City sewer system; and WHEREAS, the public convenience and necessity requires the construction by the City of certain sewer improvements in the vicinity of the above mentioned real property; and WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works has reported to this Council that the hereinafter described real property will be benefited by said construction in the amount of $1,000; and WHEREAS, in support of the above mentioned application for a sewer connection permit, the applicant has established exceptional and extraordinary conditions affecting the subject property and affecting the public health and safety, and has further agreed to contribute to the cost of the public improvements above mentioned in the amount that such public improvements benefit the property hereinafter described; and WHEREAS, this council has received evidence indicating the existence of, and has found that, exceptional and extraordinary circumstances affecting this property and affecting the public health and safety exist, which circumstances require the granting of a sewer connection permit to the property in question; NOW, THEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS:
