S-P9o <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING EXCEPTION TO CERTAIN PROVISIONS <br />OF CHAPTER 30 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />BEING THE SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY - MARINA PARK NO. 1., REDWOOD SHORES; <br />AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 5527 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 30.6 of the Code of the City <br /> <br />of Redwood City, the Planning commission has, subject to certain <br /> <br />conditions hereinafter set forth, recommended approval of the <br /> <br />application of the owner of the below described property for <br /> <br />exceptions to the provisions of Chapter 30 of the Code of the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City, being the subdivision regulations of the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City, to allow certain commercial and industrial <br /> <br />lots not to have alleys at the rear thereof, and to allow two <br /> <br />lots in Block B, as designated on the below described tentative <br /> <br />map to have access thereto by means of improved nonexclusive <br /> <br />easements for ingress and egress; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the property for which application to subdivide <br /> <br />is made is all that certain real property situate in the City <br /> <br />of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California, <br /> <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />A portion of that certain real property commonly <br />known as the Redwood Peninsula, and more particularly <br />described in that certain tentative map entitled <br />"Marina Park No. I, Redwood Shores," dated <br />December 2, 1968, as revised, which map is on <br />file in the office of the City Planning Director <br />and to which map reference is hereby made and <br />by this reference incorporated herein as if set <br />out in its entirety; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has found and reported <br /> <br />to this Council that exceptional circumstances and conditions <br /> <br />exist which affect said property; that the exceptions applied <br /> <br />for are necessary for the preservation and enjoyment of <br /> <br />substantial property rights of petitioner; that the granting of <br />
