JHT:yc:l/17/69 ~ ORIGINAL RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. ...r Pi':J.- JAN 20 liS ---------- RESOLUTION GRANTING CONDITIONAL SEWER CONNECTION PERMIT TO PREMISES SITUATE OUTSIDE CITY LIMITS PURSUANT TO SECTION 27.21.1 OF THE CITY CODE; AND STATING CONDITIONS THEREOF AND FEES THEREFOR {SANGUINETTI} WHEREAS, the owner{s} of the hereinafter described property being a portion of Lot 34, of Johnson Subdivision, as filed in the office of the San Mateo County Recorder in Book 7, page 2, and presently and commonly known as 548 Canyon Road in the County of San Mateo and outside the corporate limits of the City of Redwood City, has applied to the City for a permit to connect to the Redwood City sewer system; and WHEREAS, in support of said application the applicant has established exceptional and extraordinary conditions affecting the subject property and affecting the public health and safety; and WHEREAS, this Council has received evidence indicating the existence of and has found that exceptional and extraordinary circumstances affecting this property and affecting the public health and safety exist, which circumstances require the granting of a sewer connection permit to the property in question; NOW, THEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: I. Based upon the above mentioned finding of exceptional and extraordinary circumstances relating to the subject applica- tion, a sewer connection permit is hereby granted to connect the hereinafter described property to the Redwood City sewer system pursuant to section 27.21.1 of the Redwood City Municipal Code subject to the conditions stated herein.
