Srf L/-I <br /> <br />NOlI 25 "S8 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION FOR PLANNED DEVELOPMENT <br />PERMIT RELATING TO REDWOOD SHORES SUBDIVISION NO. 2 <br />WITHIN GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT 1-64, REDWOOD CITY, <br />CALIFORNIA, SUBJEcr TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, application has been made pursuant to Article 46 <br /> <br />of Ordinance No. 1130, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City, for a planned development permit (designated PD68-02 <br /> <br />by the Planning Department) relating to real property situate in <br /> <br />Redwood Shores subdivision No. 2 within General Improvement <br /> <br />District 1-64, Redwood City, California, as shown upon the map <br /> <br />a ttached hereto, marked .. Exhih itA," and in corpora ted herein by <br /> <br />this reference; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to section 46.4 of the above mentioned <br /> <br />Zoning Ordinance, the Planning Commission has reviewed the applica- <br /> <br />tion, and has forwarded the application and pertinent data to this <br /> <br />Council, together with its recommendation that this Council <br /> <br />conditionally approve the application as hereinafter set forth; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed the application and the <br /> <br />recommendation of the Planning commission and desires to approve <br /> <br />conditionally said application; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE ; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain application by Stanley C. Swartz & Co., for a <br /> <br />planned development permit designated PD68-02 by the Planning <br /> <br />Department of the City of Redwood City, and on file in the offices <br /> <br />of said department, is hereby ~pproved subject to the following <br />condi tions: <br />
