<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />DES:yc:II/8/68 <br /> <br />lJn1lilNAL <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br />---------- <br /> <br />NO.~ <br /> <br />NlN 18 ~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING EXCEPTION TO CERTAIN PROVISIONS <br />OF CHAPTER 30 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />BEING THE SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY, - LESLIE PROPERTIES, INC. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to section 30.6 of the Code of the City <br /> <br />of Redwood City, the Planning Commission has, subject to certain <br /> <br />conditions hereinafter set forth, recommended approval of the <br /> <br />application of the owner of the below described property for an <br /> <br />exception to the provisions of Chapter 30 of the Code of the City <br /> <br />of Redwood City, being the subdivision regulations of the City <br /> <br />of Redwood City, to allow one lot to have less than the required <br /> <br />street frontage; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the property for which application to subdivide is <br /> <br />made is all that certain real property situate in the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California, described <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />A portion of that certain real property commonly <br />known as the Redwood Peninsula as shown on the <br />map attached hereto, marked "Exhibit A, II and <br />incorporated herein as if set out herein in its <br />entirety, and designated thereon as "Parcel A"; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said applicant has submitted a tentative map of <br /> <br />the proposed subdivision in accordance with the provisions of <br /> <br />Article VII (commencing with ~30.100) of Chapter 30 of the Code <br />of the City of Redwood City, which map has been approved by the <br /> <br />Planning Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has found and reported to <br /> <br />this Council that exceptional circumstances and conditions exist <br /> <br />which affect said property; that the exceptions applied for are <br /> <br />necessary for the preservation and enjoyment of substantial property <br /> <br />rights of petitioner; that the granting of said exceptions will <br />
