S 7 9 ~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />DETERMINING THAT THE PUBLIC INTEREST AND CONVENIENCE <br /> <br />REQUIRE THE INCURRING OF GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDED <br />INDEBTEDNESS FOR FOUR PROJECTS OF REDWOOD CITY GENERAL <br />IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1-64; DETERMINING THAT THE <br />WHOLE OF SAID DISTRICT WILL BE BENEFITED BY EACH SUCH <br /> <br />PROJECT; AND DETERMINING THE TAX BASE FOR THE BONDS <br />FOR EACH SUCH PROJECT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Redwood City <br /> <br /> <br />(the "City") did, by Resolution No. 5761, adopted August 12, <br /> <br /> <br />1968, (the "Resolution of Public Interest"), determine and <br /> <br />declare that the public interest, convenience and necessity <br /> <br />require and that the Council intends that Redwood City <br />General Improvement District No. 1-64 (the "District") <br /> <br />incur a general obligation bonded indebtedness for each of <br /> <br />four projects therein described and did in and by the Reso- <br /> <br />lution of Public Interest fix Monday, October 7, 1968, at <br /> <br />the hour of 7:30 P.M. and the Board of Supervisors Chambers, <br /> <br />Hall of Justice and Records, City of Redwood City, California, <br /> <br />as the time and place of hearing on the questions of whether <br /> <br />the whole of the District, or only a portion thereof, would <br /> <br />be benefited by the accomplishment of each of the objects <br /> <br />and purposes for which said bonded indebtedness was proposed <br /> <br />to be incurred; if only a portion thereof would be so bene- <br /> <br />fited by any such object and purpose what portion would be <br /> <br />1 <br />
