'OR\G\NAL RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. .S17f RESOLUTION GRANTING CONDITIONAL SE~mR CONNE~TION PERMIT TO PREMISES SITUATE OUTSIDE CITY LIMITS PURSUANT TO .SECTION 27.21.1 OF THE CITY CODE; AND, STATING CONDITIONS THEREOF AND FEES THEREFOR (WONG) WHEREAS, the owner of the hereinafter described.property situate on Hamilton Way in the County of San Mateo and outside of the corporate limits of the city of Redwood City, has applied to the City for a permit to connect to the Redwood City sewer system; and ~mEREAS, in support of said application the applicant has established exceptional and extraordinary conditions affecting the subject property and affecting the public health and safety; and ~VHEREAS, this Council has received evidence indicating the existence of and has found that exceptional and extraordinary circumstances affecting this property and affecting the public health and safety exist, which circumstances require the granting of a sewer connection permit to the property in question: NOW, THEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, l\S FOLLO~vS: 1. Based upon the above mentioned finding of exceptional and extraordinary circumstances relating to the subject applica- tion, a sewer connection permit is hereby granted to connect the hereinafter described property to the Redwood City sewer system pursuant to Section 27.21.1 of the Redwood City Municipal Code subject to the conditions stated herein. 2. The permit granted herein shall be subject to the following fees, terms and conditions: (a) The permission granted shall be for one sewer connection serving one one-family residence. (b) The permit granted herein shall be further subject. to all of the provisions of Chapter 27 of the Muni- cipal Code relating to sewers, sewage disposal and drainage, and all other applicable resolutions and ordinances of the City of Redwood City.
