<br />. . <br />. . <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />[AB-l] <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5"1 <br /> <br />ORIGIN.ALI <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> <br />DECLARING THAT PUBLIC INTEREST, CONVENIENCE AND NECES- <br />SITY REQUIRE AND THAT COUNCIL INTENDS THAT REDWOOD <br />CITY GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1-64 INCUR <br /> <br />GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDED INDEBTEDNESS AND FIXING <br /> <br />TIME AND PLACE FOR HEARING ON QUESTION WHETHER WHOLE <br />DISTRICT WILL BE BENEFITED AND ON QUESTION AS TO <br /> <br />WHAT SHOULD BE TAX BASE FOR BONDS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Redwood City General Improvement District <br />No. 1-64 (the "District") is a ,g;eneral improvement distrtct <br /> <br />duly organized and existing under the Redwood City General <br /> <br />Improvement District Ordinance (being Ordinance No. 1128 <br />adopted March 9, 1964, as amended and herein called the <br /> <br />"Ordinance"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Redwood City <br /> <br /> <br />(the "City") by Resolution No. 4274 duly adopted on May 4, <br /> <br />1964, finally determined and ~enerally described, among <br /> <br />other things, four projects for the District, all herein- <br /> <br />after referred to; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, by proceedings duly taken thereafter, <br />the Council determined that the public interest and con- <br /> <br />venience required the incurring of general obligation <br /> <br />bonded indebtedness, called a special bond election (at <br /> <br />which election the issuance of bonds for each of said <br /> <br />projects was authorized), authorized the issuance of said <br />
