J7.J1 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />REVOCABLE PERMIT FOR VEHICULAR PARKING PURPOSES ON <br />CERTAIN CITY-OWNED REAL PROPERTY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, BALESTRA PONTIAC, a California corporation, desires <br /> <br />to use and maintain for vehicular parking purposes the following <br /> <br />described real property or premises of the City of Redwood City: <br /> <br />The northwesterly portion of that certain parking lot <br />situate in the City of Redwood City, County of San <br />Mateo, State of California, commonly known as the <br />"Franklin Street Parking Lot, II consisting of 84 <br />parking spaces in an approximate area of 27,322 <br />square feet more particularly described in IIExhibit All <br />and as shown upon that plat marked "Exhibit B, II both <br />of which exhibits are attached to the revocable permit <br />approved by this resolution; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council to grant a <br /> <br />revocable permit to Balestra Pontiac for vehicular parking <br /> <br />purposes; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That the City Manager is ~hereby authorized to execute <br /> <br />a revocable permit to Balestra Pontiac to use and maintain for <br /> <br />vehicular parking purposes the above described property in the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City, which permit shall not be effective until <br /> <br />such time as Balestra Pontiac executes an acceptance of its terms <br /> <br />and conditions. <br /> <br />2. That the permit granted shall be in the form of that <br />certain permit entitled IIRevocable permitll (form dated 6/24/68), <br /> <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein as if set out at length <br /> <br />here in . <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
