AND AUTH- <br />ORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION <br />OF IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION <br /> <br />BE .IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS <br /> <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain final map of WINDSOR GARDENS UNI'T NO. 2 SUBDIVISION <br />in the City of Redwood City, prepared py Frank X. Connelly, civil <br />Engineer~ for LEO DEVELOPMENT COMPANY, a California corporation, <br /> <br />. / <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />owners of record of.said subdivision, heretofore approved by the Plan- <br /> <br />. ningcommission of the City of .Redwood city on May 28, 1968, is hereby <br /> <br />approved, and all offers. of .~and' for public use. therein made on said <br /> <br />map are hereby accepted subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />. I.
