• ,. - - <br />R E S 0 L _U T I 0 �N N 0 ,' <br />RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO CONSTRUCT <br />C ERTAI N PUBLIC IMP ROVEMEN T S <br />ALLEY IMPROVEMENTS <br />AN AVENUE TO MARSH R OAD <br />RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Redwood City, <br />that the public convenience and necessity require, and that it <br />intends to order in accordance with the procedure set out in <br />Article I of Ordinance No. 333, entitled "Redwood City Improve- <br />ment Procedure Ordinance ", adopted March 14, 1932, as amended, <br />the following work to be done and improvements to be made in <br />and for said City, to wit: <br />The improvement of the alley be- <br />} tween Annette Avenue and Marsh <br />Road included in Friendly Acres <br />Subdivision No. z Block 2 -by con - <br />structing and installing therein the <br />following: <br />(1) By constructing and installing <br />therein asphaltic concrete paving <br />on a, six inch (6 crusher -run 'rock <br />base _twenty feet '(20 in width <br />from its intersection with Annette <br />Avenue to its intersection with <br />Marsh Road, complete with red - <br />wood` header board and ' Portland <br />cement 'concrete'valley gutters in <br />the center - thereof. <br />'(2) By constructing and installing <br />therein catch basins and storm <br />drainage facilities. <br />(3) By raising and lowering all ex- <br />isting utilities to conform to the <br />finished grades of the street paving <br />and valley gutters. <br />x (4) By constructing and .installing <br />therein all work and the furnish- <br />ing of all materials and labor reas- <br />k onably necessary to complete all <br />the work provided to be done in <br />paragraphs (1), (2) and (3) above. <br />All of said work and improvements are to be constructed at the <br />places, in the manner, of the sizes, of the materials, and to <br />the lines, grades and elevations as shown on the plans, profiles <br />and specifications made therefor, and on file in the office of <br />the City Engineer of the City of Redwood City, and the same are <br />made a part hereof by reference thereto. <br />Whenever any public way is referred to as running between <br />two public ways, or from or to any public way, the intersections <br />of the public ways referred to are included to the extent that <br />-1- <br />
