<br />';0 <br /> <br />r <br />~ .' r/ <br />-# ..,~~ <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />REG:yc:IO/l8/60-7 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br />---------- <br /> <br />N o. <br /> <br />3243 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING OFFICIAL PLAN LINES FOR THE EX- <br />TENSION OF CYPRESS STREET, NORTHUMBERLAND AVENUE AND <br />STREETS CONNECTING THEREWITH <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of Redwood City has recom- <br /> <br />mended to the Council of Redwood City that certain plan lines be <br /> <br />established in the City of Redwood City as a part of the street <br /> <br />and highway plan of the Master Plan of Redwood City, California; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, public notice of a hearing regarding the adoption <br /> <br />of said plan lines was given as required by law; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing has been held regarding the adop- <br /> <br />tion of said plan lines as required by law; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all protests relative to the adoption of said plan <br /> <br />lines have been considered by the Council of Redwood Ci.ty and <br /> <br />have been overruled; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE : <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That the Council of the City of Redwood City does hereby <br /> <br />adopt, as precised sections of the Street and Highway Plan of the <br /> <br />Master Plan of the City of Redwood City, California, official plan <br /> <br />lines for the extension of Cypress Street, Northumberland Avenue <br /> <br />and streets connecting therewith, as said plan lines are shown <br /> <br />on that certain map entitled IIOfficial Plan Lines for the Extension <br /> <br />of Cypress Street, Northumberland Avenue and Streets Connecting <br /> <br />Therewith,U which map is on file in the office of the City <br /> <br />Engineer in the City of Redwood City, is hereby referred to and <br /> <br />is incorporated herein by reference thereto. <br /> <br />2. The property ~esignated on the aforementioned map is <br />hereby reserved for th~ future development of the street and <br />
