P-1321 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF LEASE <br /> AGREEMENT FOR WASTEWATER TREATMENT CAPACITY RIGHTS <br /> <br /> (PILOT PETROLEUM CORPORATION) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Concurrent Resolution No. 7905, P-822, <br />as amended by Concurrent Resolution No. 8188, P-876, adopted by <br />the Council of the City of Redwood City and the Board of Port <br />Commissioners of the City of Redwood City, respectively, <br />(collectively, the "Resolution") the Port of Redwood City <br />acquired certain Non-Grant Eligible Capacity (as defined in the <br />Resolution) in the wastewater treatment plant of the South <br />Bayside System Authority (as described and defined in the <br />Resolution); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to the Resolution, .this Board has the <br />right to sell, assign, lease, license, or otherwise dispose of <br />said Non-Grant Eligible Capacity or any portion or portions <br />thereof at and for any consideration which this Board determines <br />appropriate; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to that certain lease agreement dated <br />December 1, 1983 (the "Terminal Lease") by and between the City <br />of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of <br />California, acting by and through the Board of Port Commissioners <br />of the City of Redwood City, as Lessor, and Tampimex Petroleum <br />Corporation, a Delaware, corporation, as Lessee, which lease <br />agreement was thereafter assigned to Pilot Petroleum Corporation, <br />a Delaware corporation ( "Pilot" ) , this Board leased certain <br />premises for petroleum terminal use; and <br /> <br /> <br />
