i - <br /> RESOLUTION NO.P - 2 114 C P <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID FOR THE MAINTENANCE <br /> DREDGING OF WHARVES 1, 2, 3 AND 4 PROJECT; <br /> AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR SAID <br /> WORK AND DIRECTING RETURN OF SECURITY DEPOSITS — <br /> (MANSON CONSTRUCTION CO.) <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. P -2110 adopted 09/08/2010 , by <br /> the Board of Port Commissioners, the Port Executive Director requested bids for <br /> the Maintenance Dredging of Wharves 1, 2, 3 and 4 Project at the Port of <br /> Redwood City (the Project "); and <br /> WHEREAS, two (2) bids were received for the performance of said work <br /> and filed with the Port Executive Director; and <br /> WHEREAS, Manson Construction Co. of Seattle, Washington, is the <br /> lowest responsible bidder, and it is the intention and desire of this Board of Port <br /> Commissioners to award said bid to Manson Construction Co. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PORT COMMISSIONERS OF <br /> THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1.
