ORIGINAL - <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> FOR ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEERING SERVICES AND <br /> IMPLEMENTATION OF THE REDWOOD SHORES LAGOON <br /> MANAGEMENT PLAN <br /> <br /> (WateP~vorks Industries, Inc.) <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this \(;~"~- day of <br />~~ · , 1999, by and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal <br /> <br /> corporation of the State of California ("City"), and Waterworks Industries, Inc. <br /> ("Consultant"). <br /> <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City requires the performance of professional services in <br /> connection with the Redwood Shores Lagoon System located in Redwood City, <br /> California (the "Site"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in addition to the professional engineering services rendered <br /> and to be rendered in connection with the preparation of the Redwood Shores <br /> Lagoon Management Plan (the "Plan") by Consultant, it is necessary for <br /> Consultant to undertake the supervision and implementation of the Plan; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City and Consultant desire to enter into an Agreement for <br /> Consultant to furnish City with the aforesaid services; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree as follows: <br /> <br /> 1.
