• <br /> R E S O L U T I ON N 0. 3191 adopted 9/12/60 <br /> CONFIRMING ASSESSMENTS AND ASSESSMENT <br /> DIAGRAM AND OVER- RULING PROTEST <br /> PARK STREET IMPROVEMENTS <br /> WHEREAS, the Council of Redwood City on April 4, <br /> 1960 duly and regularly passed and adopted Resulution No. 3033 <br /> declaring its intention to make certain improvements in the City <br /> of Redwood City, more particularly described in said Resolution <br /> and which Resolution reference is hereby made for further parti- <br /> culars; and <br /> WHEREAS, an assessment diagram was prepared and <br /> approved by the Council of the City of Redwood City on July 25, <br /> 1960 to which diagram reference is hereby made for further par- <br /> ticulars; and <br /> WHEREAS, said improvements have been satisfactorily <br /> completed; and <br /> WHEREAS, an assessment to cover the costs of doing <br /> the work described in said Resolution No. 3033 has been filed with <br /> the Clerk of the City of Redwood City; and <br /> WHEREAS, notice of the filing of said assessment <br /> was given by the Clerk of the City of Redwood City by posting, <br /> causing to be published, and mailing notices of the assessment to <br /> each person owning property proposed to be assessed therefor, in <br /> the manner required by law; and <br /> WHEREAS, a hearing was held on September 12, 1960 <br /> in the Board of Supervisor's Chambers, Hall of Justice and Records, <br /> Redwood City, California, at which time all written protests <br /> against said assessment were read; and <br /> -1- <br />
