411 411 <br /> REG:yc:5 /20/60 - <br /> RESOLU i'I ON N0. 3094 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING I1' PROV 1vFi� OF A PUBLIC ALLFY <br /> AND RIGHT OF WAY IN BLOCK 6, BELTT HAVEN SUBDIVISION, <br /> AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT <br /> WHEREAS, the owners or developers of Lots 5 through 14 of <br /> Block 6, Belle Haven Subdivision, as recorded August 23, 1928, in <br /> the office of the Recorder of San Mateo County, California, in <br /> Volume 17 of Maps, pages 17 and 18, desire to improve a portion <br /> of the public alley and right of way adjacent to and abutting the <br /> above described lots, and have requested permission of the City <br /> of Redwood City to proceed with said improvements; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Redwood City desires to <br /> permit the improvement of that public alley and right of way in <br /> accordance with standard specifications and to authorize the <br /> execution of an agreement for said improvements; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE: <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. That certain proposed agreement between the City of <br /> Redwood City and said owners or developers which is marked "Exhibit <br /> A," attached hereto and incorporated herein as if set out at length <br /> herein, is hereby approved and the City Manager is hereby authorized <br /> and directed to execute said agreement on behalf of the City of <br /> Redwood City. <br />
