REG:yc :5/2/60 -7 <br /> 411 410 <br /> Jam /' <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 30 <br /> RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING OFFICIAL PLAN LINES FOR THE <br /> WIDENING OF MARSHALL STREET BETWEEN MAPLE STREET AND <br /> CHESTNUT STREET <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of Redwood City has recom- <br /> mended to the Council of Redwood City that certain plan lines be <br /> established in the City of Redwood City as a part of the street <br /> and highway plan of the Master Plan of Redwood City, California; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, public notice of a hearing regarding the adoption of <br /> said plan lines was given as required by law; and <br /> WHEREAS, a public hearing has been held regarding the adop- <br /> tion of said plan lines as required by law; and <br /> WHEREAS, all protests relative to the adoption of said plan <br /> lines have been considered by the Council of Redwood City and <br /> have been overruled; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE: <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. That the Council of the City of Redwood City does hereby <br /> adopt, as precised sections of the Street and Highway Plan of the <br /> Master Plan of the City of Redwood City, California, official plan <br /> lines for the widening of Marshall Street, as said plan lines are <br /> shown on that certain map entitled "Official Plan Lines for the <br /> Widening of Marshall Street Between Maple Street and Chestnut <br /> Street," which map is on file in the office of the City Engineer <br /> in the City of Redwood City, is hereby referred to and is incor- <br /> porated herein by reference thereto. <br /> 2. The property designated on the aforementioned map is <br /> hereby reserved for the future development of the street and <br /> highway system of the City of Redwood City. <br />
