• • • REG : yc :4A/60-7 RESOLUTION NO. 3037 RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR STORM DRAIN IMPROVEP7ENTS IN THE VICINITY OF BREEZE PLACE AND CANYON ROAD, AUTHORIZE NG EXECUTION OF A PERMIT BY THE CITY ENGINEER PURSUANT TO THE TERNS OF ORDINANCE NO. 749, AND AUTHORIZE NG EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT FOR THE PER - FORNANCE OF SAID IMPROVEMENT WHEREAS, in connection with the development of Lot 7, Block L., and Lots 5, 7 and 8, Block 3, as shown on that map entitled "Highlands of Emerald Lake, Subdivision One," recorded in Book 13 of Taps, pages 24, 25, 26 and 27, San Mateo County Records, in the vicinity of Breeze Place and Canyon Road, Mr. George Silva has caused the preparation of plans and specifications for certain storm drain improvements; and WHEREAS, said plans and specifications have been presented to this Council, together with a proposed agreement providing for the construction of the improvements in accordance with said plans and specifications; and WHEREAS, the construction of said improvements would involve the alteration of a natural storm drain channel for which altera- tions a permit is required pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance TTo. 749 of the City of Redwood City; and WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed said plans, specifications and agreement and desires to authorize the improvements as therein provided; NOW, THEREFORE: ,i F IVt.0 H .� .�REl ORE . L & Lots 5, 7 and 8, Block 3, Highlands of Emeral Lake, Redwood City, California," dated August, 1959, and those specifica- tions entitled "Specifications for Storm Drain, Lot 7, Block 4 and Lots 5, 7 and 8, Block 3, Highlands of Emerald Lake," dated
