THE VICINITY OP WILLOW STREET A D TO PROVIDE THAT THE COSTS THEREOF SHALL BE ASSESSED UPON A SPECIAL DISTRICT PURSUANT TO SPECIAL ASSESSKENT AND ASSESSMENT BOND ACTS WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo proposes to acquire and construct the following improvements: (a) The improvement of Allow Street from Spring Street to Bay Road by grading, the installation of base material and paving, curbs, gutters and sidewalks together with all necessary extensions of sanitary sewer, storm drainage and water facilities and necessary street luting facilities. (b) The performing of all work and the acquisition of all lands and easements auxiliary to any of the above and necessary to complete the same; and WHEREAS, said Board of Supervisors has determined that said acquisitions and improvements should be made chargeable upon an as- sessment district benefited thereby, the exterior boundaries of which are the coterminous exterior boundaries shown on the map thereof on file in the office of the County Clerk; and WHEREAS, a portion of the work to be done is of such character that it will directly and peculiarly affect property not only with- in the unincorporated territory in the County of San Mateo but also property within the limits of the City of Redwood City, and the purpose sought to be accomplished by said acquisitions and improve- ments can best be accomplished by a single comprehensive scheme of work as that proposed to be done; and WHEREAS, a cosy of the form of Resolution of Preliminary Determination and of Intention to be adopted by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo has been presented to this Council;
