RESOLUTION NO. 2884 <br /> APPOINTING TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING PROTESTS <br /> IN RELATION TO PROPOSED IMPROVEMENT AND DIRECTING NOTICE <br /> BAYSHORE INDUSTRIAL PARK NO. 1 <br /> RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. That pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 2882 of <br /> this Council, adopted pursuant to Article II -A of Ordinance No. <br /> 333 of the City of Redwood City, entitled "Redwood City Improve- <br /> ment Procedure Ordinance" as amended, the City Engineer of said <br /> City has filed with the Clerk of this City the written report <br /> called for pursuant to said Ordinance, which report has been <br /> presented by said City Clerk to this Council for consideration, <br /> and this Council has considered and preliminarily approved and <br /> confirmed said report, and ordered that the same stand as the <br /> report for the purposes of all subsequent proceedings had pursuant <br /> to said Resolution of Intention. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, said Council hereby finds, orders, and <br /> determines as follows: <br /> 1. That Monday, the 2nd day of November, 1959, at the hour <br /> of eight o'clock P.M. in the regular meeting place of said Council, <br /> Board of Supervisors Chambers, Hall of Justice & Records, Redwood <br /> City, California, be and the same are hereby appointed and fixed <br /> as the time and place for hearing protests in relation to the pro- <br /> posed improvements called for under said Resolution of Intention and <br /> more particularly provided for in said report. <br /> 2. The Clerk of this City is hereby ordered and directed to <br /> give notice of said hearing by two successive insertions in the <br /> Redwood City Tribune, a newspaper published and circulated in said <br /> City, and by causing to be conspicuously posted along all of the <br /> open streets within the assessment district at not more than three <br /> hundred (300) feet apart, and not less than three in all, notices <br /> which shall be headed "NOTICE OF IMPROVEMENT" in letters of not <br /> -1- <br />
