1 R E S O L U T I O N NO. 6 1 0 RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO CONSTRUCT IMPROVEMENTS JOHNSON STREET RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Redwood City, that in its opinion the public interest and convenience require, and it is the intention of said Council to order, the following work to be done and improvements to be made, all in conformity with the provisions of the Redwood City Improvement Procedure Ordinance (Ordinance No. 333, adoptedMarch14, 1932, as amended), to wit: The proposed improvements shall consist of the following: (a) Grading and construction of pavement, curbs and gutters, sidewalks, and driveway approaches on Johnson Street between Roosevelt and Oak Avenues; (b) Construction of a storm sewer system to extend from Roosevelt Avenue to Oak Avenue on Johnson Street and to the creek north of Redwood Avenue by way of Oak Avenue and Reese Street. Said Council of said City does hereby determine and declare that the foregoing work and improvements are of more than local or ordinary public benefit, and will affect and benefit the lands and district hereinafter mentioned, which said district is here- by declared to be the district benefited by said work and improve- ments; that therefore the entire cost and expense of said work and improvements shall be, and they are, hereby made chargeable against and shall be assessed upon said lands and district, which district is wholly within the limits of said City of Redwood City State of California, and is described as follows: All the lots of Subdivision of Lot 10, Wooster, Whitton and Montgomery's Subdivision, a map of which was filed April 11, 1910, Book 7 of Maps, Page 14, San Mateo County records, and of Sub- division of Reserve section of Lot 10, Wooster, Whitton and Montgomery's Subdivision, a map of which was filed August 20, 1910, Book 7 of Maps, Page 26, San Mateo County records. -1-
