1 <br /> R E S O L U T I O N NO. 6 1 0 <br /> RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO CONSTRUCT IMPROVEMENTS <br /> JOHNSON STREET <br /> RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Redwood City, <br /> that in its opinion the public interest and convenience require, <br /> and it is the intention of said Council to order, the following <br /> work to be done and improvements to be made, all in conformity <br /> with the provisions of the Redwood City Improvement Procedure <br /> Ordinance (Ordinance No. 333, adoptedMarch14, 1932, as amended), <br /> to wit: <br /> The proposed improvements shall consist of the following: <br /> (a) Grading and construction of pavement, curbs and <br /> gutters, sidewalks, and driveway approaches on <br /> Johnson Street between Roosevelt and Oak Avenues; <br /> (b) Construction of a storm sewer system to extend <br /> from Roosevelt Avenue to Oak Avenue on Johnson <br /> Street and to the creek north of Redwood Avenue <br /> by way of Oak Avenue and Reese Street. <br /> Said Council of said City does hereby determine and declare <br /> that the foregoing work and improvements are of more than local <br /> or ordinary public benefit, and will affect and benefit the lands <br /> and district hereinafter mentioned, which said district is here- <br /> by declared to be the district benefited by said work and improve- <br /> ments; that therefore the entire cost and expense of said work <br /> and improvements shall be, and they are, hereby made chargeable <br /> against and shall be assessed upon said lands and district, which <br /> district is wholly within the limits of said City of Redwood City <br /> State of California, and is described as follows: <br /> All the lots of Subdivision of Lot 10, Wooster, <br /> Whitton and Montgomery's Subdivision, a map of <br /> which was filed April 11, 1910, Book 7 of Maps, <br /> Page 14, San Mateo County records, and of Sub- <br /> division of Reserve section of Lot 10, Wooster, <br /> Whitton and Montgomery's Subdivision, a map of <br /> which was filed August 20, 1910, Book 7 of Maps, <br /> Page 26, San Mateo County records. <br /> -1- <br />
