O iL 7/ <br /> RESOLUTION CONDITIONALLY APPROVING APPLICATION FOR <br /> PLANNED DEVELOPMENT PERMIT RELATING TO REAL PROPERTY <br /> IN THE VICINITY OF SHELL PARKWAY, PENINSULA PARKWAY, <br /> DAVIT LANE AND ANCHOR CIRCLE IN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> WHEREAS, application has been made pursuant to Article 46 <br /> of Ordinance No. 1130, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Redwood <br /> City, for a planned development permit (designated PD 71 -01 by <br /> the Planning Department) relating to real property located in <br /> the vicinity of Shell Parkway, Peninsula Parkway, Davit Lane and <br /> Anchor Circle in the City of Redwood City as shown upon the map <br /> attached hereto, marked "Exhibit A," and incorporated herein by <br /> this reference; and <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 46.4 of the above mentioned <br /> Zoning Ordinance, the Planning Commission has reviewed the <br /> application, and has forwarded the application and pertinent <br /> data to this Council, together with its recommendation that this <br /> Council conditionally approve the application as hereinafter set <br /> forth; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Director and Director of Public works/ <br /> City Engineer have reviewed the subject planned development plans <br /> and approved the same; and <br /> WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed the application and the <br /> recommendation of the Planning Commission and desires to approve <br /> conditionally said application; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. That certain application for a planned development <br /> permit designated PD 71 -01 by the Planning Department of the City <br /> of Redwood City, and on file in the offices of said department, <br /> is hereby approved subject to the following conditions: <br />
