• OS:c:m 2/19/71 <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> rtb 2271 <br /> RES OLUT ION NO 5/6( <br /> RESOLUTION FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT TEMPORARY ROADWAY <br /> EASEMENT IS NO LONGER REQUIRED FOR PUBLIC PURPOSES, AND <br /> APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF QUIT CLAIM DEED OF <br /> SAID TEMPORARY EASEMENT PURSUANT TO PRIOR AGREEMENT <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to that certain grant of temporary roadway <br /> easement dated May 14, 1968, from Leslie Properties, Inc., to <br /> the City of Redwood City, and recorded in Volume 5514 at page 433 <br /> of Official Records, San Mateo County, California, the City <br /> acquired a temporary easement for purposes of constructing and <br /> maintaining a temporary public roadway and buried gas line in, <br /> on, over and across that certain real property described in said <br /> easement; and <br /> WHEREAS, said grant of temporary roadway easement provided <br /> that on construction of all or portions of permanent facilities <br /> to serve the same purposes, said temporary easement, or those - <br /> portions thereof as may from time to time be so replaced or <br /> relocated, shall automatically terminate and the City shall <br /> thereupon relinquish and reconvey all right title and interest <br /> therein to the aforesaid grantor; and <br /> WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council evidence <br /> that that portion of said temporary easement hereinafter more <br /> particularly described is no longer necessary for public purposes, <br /> and that permanent facilities to serve the same purposes have <br /> been constructed and accepted by the City of Redwood City; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. That this Council hereby finds and determines that that <br /> certain real property hereinafter described and acquired by the <br /> City pursuant to that certain grant of temporary easement <br /> • <br />
