41 CGM:yc: 5/7/73 <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 6900 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION CONDITIONALLY APPROVING APPLICATION FOR MAY 7 '73 <br /> PLANNED DEVELOPMENT PERMIT RELATING TO REAL PROPERTY <br /> IN THE VICINITY OF VERA AVENUE AND HUDSON STREET <br /> WHEREAS, application has been made pursuant to Article 46 <br /> of Ordinance No. 1130, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Redwood <br /> City, for a planned development permit (designated PD 73-01 by <br /> the Planning Department) relating to real property located in the <br /> vicinity of Vera Avenue and Hudson Street in the City of Redwood <br /> City as shown upon the map attached hereto, marked "Exhibit A, " <br /> and incorporated herein by this reference; and <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 46.4 of the above mentioned <br /> Zoning Ordinance, the Planning Commission has reviewed the applica- <br /> tion, and has forwarded the application and pertinent data to this <br /> Council, together with its recommendation that this Council condi- <br /> tionally approve the application as hereinafter set forth; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Director and Director of Public Works/ <br /> City Engineer have reviewed the subject planned development plan <br /> and approved the same; and <br /> WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed the application and the <br /> recommendation of the Planning Commission and desires to approve <br /> conditionally said application; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. That certain application for a planned development <br /> permit designated PD 73-01 by the Planning Department of the <br /> City of Redwood City, and on file in the offices of said depart- <br /> ment, is hereby approved subject to the following conditions: <br /> (a) That the planned development permit be recorded prior <br /> to the commencement of construction of any of the <br /> improvements permitted under said permit. <br />
