REG:yc :2 /1/65 -7 <br />R E S O L U T I O N N 0. "' . 4535 <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING EXCEPTION TO PROVISIONS OF CHAP- <br />TER 30 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, BEING <br />THE SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AND APPROVING A SUBDIVISION THEREUNDER <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Article VII (commenc- <br />ing at §30.100) of Chapter 30 <br />City, the Planning Commission <br />proval of (1) the application <br />property for a subdivision of <br />an exception to the provision; <br />subdivision; and <br />of the Code of the City of Redwood <br />has reviewed and recommended ap- <br />of the owner of the below described <br />four lots and (2) the petition for <br />s of said Chapter 30 to allow said <br />WHEREAS, the property for which application to subdivide <br />is made is all that certain real property situate in the City of <br />Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California, described <br />as follows: <br />Lot 11, Lee Tract <br />as shown on the exhibit attached hereto; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Department has reported that the said <br />applicant has submitted a map of the proposed subdivision in <br />accordance with the provisions of Chapter 30 of the Code of the <br />City of Redwood City; and <br />WHEREAS, In accordance with Section 30.6 of the Code of the <br />City of Redwood City, the Planning Commission has found and reported <br />to this Council that exceptional circumstances and conditions <br />affect said property; that the exception applied for is necessary <br />for the preservation and enjoyment of substantial property rights <br />of petitioner; and that the granting of said exception will not <br />be detrimental to the public welfare or injurious to other property <br />in the area; <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />
