"' . 4535 RESOLUTION GRANTING EXCEPTION TO PROVISIONS OF CHAP- TER 30 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, BEING THE SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AND APPROVING A SUBDIVISION THEREUNDER WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Article VII (commenc- ing at §30.100) of Chapter 30 City, the Planning Commission proval of (1) the application property for a subdivision of an exception to the provision; subdivision; and of the Code of the City of Redwood has reviewed and recommended ap- of the owner of the below described four lots and (2) the petition for s of said Chapter 30 to allow said WHEREAS, the property for which application to subdivide is made is all that certain real property situate in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California, described as follows: Lot 11, Lee Tract as shown on the exhibit attached hereto; and WHEREAS, the Planning Department has reported that the said applicant has submitted a map of the proposed subdivision in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 30 of the Code of the City of Redwood City; and WHEREAS, In accordance with Section 30.6 of the Code of the City of Redwood City, the Planning Commission has found and reported to this Council that exceptional circumstances and conditions affect said property; that the exception applied for is necessary for the preservation and enjoyment of substantial property rights of petitioner; and that the granting of said exception will not be detrimental to the public welfare or injurious to other property in the area; NOW, THEREFORE;
