REG:lr:7/29/65 -7 <br /> O R D I N A N C E N O. r�a <br /> jai ... <br /> ORDINANCE ADDING SECTION 2.19 TO, AND AMENDING <br /> SECTIONS 12.2, 13.2, 13.4, 14.4, 15.4, 16.2 AND <br /> 18.2 OF ORDINANCE NO. 1130, THE REDWOOD CITY <br /> ZONING ORDINANCE, RELATING TO ESTABLISHMENTS <br /> ENGAGED IN THE SALE, DISTRIBUTION AND DISPLAY <br /> OF PRINTED MATERIAL AND PICTORIAL REPRESENTATIONS <br /> THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> SECTION 1. Section 2.19 is hereby added to Ordinance No. <br /> 1130, the Redwood City Zoning Ordinance, adopted May 11, 1964, to <br /> read as follows: <br /> "Section 2.19 Bookstore. The term 'bookstore' shall <br /> mean any establishment whose primary purpose is the sale, <br /> distribution or display of books, pictures, magazines, films, <br /> pamphlets or other printed matter or pictorial representations." <br /> SECTION 2. Sections 12.2, 13.2, 13.4, 14.4, 15.4, 16.2 <br /> and 18.2 of the above mentioned Ordinance No. 1130 are hereby <br /> amended to read as follows: <br /> "Section 12.2 Permitted Uses. The following <br /> structures and uses are permitted in the CA District: <br /> "(a) Administrative and professional offices. <br /> "(b) Medical and dental offices, clinics and labor- <br /> atories. <br /> "(c) Business offices, banks, title companies, stock <br /> exchange. <br /> "(d) Research laboratories. <br /> "(e) Printing, publishing, cartography, book binding <br /> and lithography, but not including bookstores. <br /> "(f) Parking lots and garages. <br /> '(g) Schools and studios for arts, crafts, photography, <br /> music and dance. <br /> "(h) Public and quasi - public uses except corporation <br /> yards, storage or repair yards or warehouses. <br /> "(i) Private clubs, lodges and fraternities." <br /> -1- <br />
