These events are subject to and <br />in accordance with the terms and conditions herein. <br /> <br />Permission is granted to the Peninsula Celebration Association ("Permittee"), by the <br />City of Redwood City ("City"). This permit is subject to the following terms and <br />conditions: <br /> <br />Parade, Festival Arts & Crafts Fair, and Fireworks Display: Permittee <br />shall sponsor said activities. <br /> <br />Revocation: This permit may be revoked at any time without cause by the <br />City. <br /> <br />Non-Transferability: This permit is non-transferable. <br /> <br />Location: The parade herein permitted shall be conducted and the route <br />reserved therefore in the areas shown on the attached map of the letter <br />dated April 30, 2003. The fair and festival herein permitted shall be <br />conducted and the streets reserved therefore on Broadway between Main <br />and Winslow Streets, Hamilton and Middlefield Streets between Marshall <br />and Winslow/Middlefield, and Jefferson Avenue between Marshall Street and <br />Middlefield. In conjunction with the fireworks display, the Police Department <br />will implement street closures, and traffic control measures needed to <br />maintain orderly vehicular traffic. <br /> <br /> <br />
