• ORIGINAL <br /> SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE <br /> REDWOOD CITY ELEMENTARY SCHOOL DISTRICT AND THE CITY OF <br /> REDWOOD CITY <br /> THIS AMENDMENT, entered into this 23 day of March, 2011, by and between the <br /> REDWOOD CITY ELEMENTARY SCHOOL DISTRICT (hereinafter called DISTRICT), a <br /> political subdivision of the State of California, and the City of Redwood City (hereinafter <br /> called CONTRACTOR), <br /> W- I- T- N- E- S- S -E -T -H <br /> Whereas, the parties entered into an Agreement for the CONTRACTOR to provide <br /> extended day academic and enrichment services described in RCSD Extended Day <br /> Program & School Minimum Expectations in Attachment A and RCSD Extended Day <br /> Policies and Protocols in Attachment B at Fair Oaks, Garfield, John Gill, Hawes, Hoover, <br /> Selby Lane, and Taft effective on July 1, 2010, for a one -year period ending June 30, <br /> 2011; and <br /> WHEREAS, on section 11 of the original Agreement, the parties agreed that the <br /> CONTRACTOR will perform all the services in this Agreement for an amount not to <br /> exceed $ 843,325.05, subject to the contingency provision on section 12 of the original <br /> Agreement.
