A <br /> <br /> Meeting of the Council of the City of Redwood City on August 25, 2003. <br /> <br /> Present: Council Member Hartnett, Howard, Pierce, Ruskin, Vice Mayor Ira <br /> and Mayor Claire <br /> <br /> Absent: Council Member Jordan <br /> <br /> The following motion was made, carried and entered on the Minutes <br /> MIS Ruskin/Ira <br /> <br /> 1. Approve the resolution making findings concerning mitigation measures, <br /> project alternatives, a mitigation monitoring and reporting program and a <br /> statement of overriding considerations in accordance with the California <br /> Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION 14549 OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> MAKING CERTAIN FINDINGS CONCERNING MITIGATION MEASURES, ADOPTING <br /> A MITIGATION MONITORING AND REPORTING PROGRAM, MAKING FINDINGS <br /> CONCERNING ALTERNATIVES, AND ADOPTING A STATEMENT OF OVERRIDING <br /> CONSIDERATIONS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL <br /> QUALITY ACT FOR THE KAISER PERMANENTE REDWOOD CITY MEDICAL <br /> CENTER MASTER PLAN PROJECT FOR WHICH AN ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br /> REPORT HAS BEEN PREPARED. <br /> <br /> 2. Adopt an ordinance amending Article 60, Zoning Map No. 1 (Downtown <br /> Neighborhood) to rezone property at the Kaiser Downtown Medical Campus from <br /> "CA" (Commercial Administrative) and "CB" (Central Business) to "P" (Planned <br /> Community) zoning district. <br /> <br /> <br />
