' <br /> ARTICLE 1[ <br /> OBJECTIVE <br /> The objective of REDWOOD CITY 2020 in this MOU is to contract with Legal Aid Society of <br /> San Mateo Counry (LASSMC) to be the fiscal agent for Phase lt of the LIBRE project and to <br /> coordinate planning, delivery and evaluation of LIBRE project services as a member of the <br /> LIBRE Steering Committee. � <br /> The objective of LASSMC in this MOU is to contract with REDWOOD CITY 2020 as a <br /> member of the LIBRE Steering Committee to coordinate planning, delivery and evaluation <br /> of LIBRE project services and serve as the fiscal agent between REDWOOD CITY 2020 and <br /> the Grove Foundation, funder of this project. <br /> LIBRE Steering Committee MOU Phase II 1 <br />
