RD-94-19 RD 94-19 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY <br /> OF REDWOOD CITY APPROVING PLAN FOR DEVELOPMENT OF <br /> NORTHEASTERLY CORNER OF THE INTERSECTION OF <br /> EL CAMINO REAL AND JEFFERSON AVENUE; AND INVITING <br /> OWNER PARTICIPATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Redwood City, <br />pursuant to authority set forth in the Government Code, has <br />adopted a Specific Plan for the northeasterly corner of E1 Camino <br />Real and Jefferson Avenue (the "Property"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Property is located within the Project Area of <br />the Agency; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the members of this Agency have considered the <br />importance of the Property to the overall development of the City <br />of Redwood City, including its critical location within the <br />Downtown Subarea of the Project Area; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Agency is mindful of the fact that the Specific <br />Plan received the approval of both the Planning Commission and <br />the City Council after separate public hearings, and the Specific <br />Plan appears Lo the Agency Lo be appropriate for the Property; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. The specific plan entitled "Davies Park Chevrolet Site <br />- Specific Plan", dated June I, 1994, hereby is adopted as the <br />redevelopment plan (the "Plan") for the Property. <br /> <br /> 2. The Executive Director is directed Lo conduct the Owner <br />Participation Process pursuant to the rules of the Agency, to <br />determine whether any owner, tenant or optionee of the ProperLy, <br /> <br /> <br />
