RD-96-07 RD 96-07 RD-96-7 RD 96-7 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF GRANT DEEDS CONVEYING PROPERTY INTERESTS TO <br /> MEZES COURT ASSOCIATES, A CALIFORNIA LIMITED <br /> PARTNERSHIP, AND J.H.R. TRUST, PURSUANT TO <br /> PROVISIONS OF DISPOSITION AND DEVELOPMENT <br /> AGREEMENT - MAIN/MIDDLEFIELD REDEVELOPMENT <br /> PROJECT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution RDA 96-01, this Agency approved <br /> and authorized the execution of a Disposition and Development Agreement (the <br /> "DDA") with Mezes Court Associates, a California limited partnership ("MCA") <br /> and J.H.R. Trust ("JHR"), for development of the Main/Middlefield <br />- Redevelopment Project (the "Project"); and <br /> WHEREAS, the Project includes the construction of affordable housing, a <br /> childcare center, and a commercial component within this Agency's <br /> Redevelopment Project Area No. 2; and <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 201 of the DDA, this Agency, subject to <br /> all of the terms, covenants and conditions of the DDA, agrees to sell to MCA and <br /> JHR the "Project Site" (therein defined and described); and <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 203 of the DDA, a parcel defined as the <br /> "Residential Parcel" within the Project Site shall be conveyed to MCA and a <br /> parcel defined as the "Commercial Parcel" shall be conveyed to JHR; and <br /> <br /> <br />
