. �. , • � � r� � � R E S 0 L U T I 0 N N 0. � RESOLUTION GRANTING CONDITIONAL SEWER CONNECTION PERMIT TO PREMISES SITUATE OUTSIDE CITY LIMITS PURSUANT TO SECTION.27.21.1 OF THE.CITY CODE; AND.STATING CONDITIONS TfiEREOF AND FEES THEREFOR . WFIEREAS, the owner of the hereinafter described property situate on Upland Road in the County of San Mateo and outside of the corporate limits of the City of Redwood City, has applied to the City for a permit to connect to the Redwood City sewer system; and . WIiEREAS, in support of said application the applicant has established exceptional and extraordinary conditions affecting the sub,�ect property and affecting the public health and safety; and WHEREAS, this Council has received evidence indicating the existence of and has found that exceptional and extraordinary circumstances affecting this property and affecting the public health and safety exist, which circumstances require the granting of a sewer connection permit to the property in question; NOW, THEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: 1. Based upon the above mentioned finding of exceptional and extraordinary circumstances relating to the sub�ect applica- tion, a sewer connection permit is hereby granted to connect the hereinafter described property to the Redwood City sewer system situate in Oak Knoll Drive pursuant to Section 27.21.1 of the Redwood City Municipal Code sub,ject to the conditions stated herein. 2, The permit granted herein shall be sub,ject to the follow- ing fees, terms and conditions: (a) Applicant shall obtain and dedicate to the City of Redwood City a sewer easement from Upland Road to Oak Knoll Drive along an alignment to be determined by the City Engineer (in the approxi- ,<;..,` mate location as shown on that certain plat -,„ attached hereto as "Exhibit A").
