The exact legal name of the applicant is the city of Redwood City, a <br /> <br />Municipal Corporation of the State of California, incorporated May 11, 1867. <br /> <br /> 2. The applicant requests authorization to establish an at-grade pedestrian <br /> <br />crossing across the westbound and eastbound Peninsula Corridor Joint Powers Board <br />(PCJPB) railroad tracks near the Redwood City CalTrain passenger station and <br />opposite an entrance to the Sequoia Shopping Center. Said application is made in <br />accordance with the Rules of Practice and Procedure, State of California Public utilities <br />Commission. <br /> <br /> 4. The applicant proposes to construct an at-grade pedestrian crossing <br />across the westbound and eastbound PCJPB's main tracks near the Redwood City <br />CalTrain passenger station.
