DES:djk 11/30/94 (062/32) <br /> <br /> 0 R I G I N A L 1/30/05 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12401 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION VACATING A PORTION OF CEDAR STREET IN THE <br /> CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, PURSUANT TO PART 3 OF DIVISION 9, <br /> CALIFORNIA STREETS AND HIGHWAYS CODE, SUBJECT TO <br /> SATISFACTION OF CONDITIONS STATED HEREIN <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Part 3 (commencing at <br />Section 8300) of Division 9 of the California Streets and <br />Highways Code, the Council of the City of Redwood City by its <br />Resolution No. 12366, adopted November 28, 1994, declared its <br />intention to vacate the hereinafter described portion of Cedar <br />Street, a public street in the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Sections 8322 and 8323 of the Streets <br />and Highways Code, notice of intention to vacate the described <br />portion of said street was published and posted; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, said public hearing has been held and evidence <br />taken; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE: <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. The Council of the City of Redwood City finds that the <br />hereinafter described portion of Cedar Street, a public street in <br />the City of Redwood City, is no longer needed for present or <br />prospective public use, and hereby orders said portion vacated <br />subject to the conditions listed on Attachment "A" of Exhibit "A" <br />hereof, attached hereto and by this reference incorporated <br />herein. <br /> <br /> <br />
