Recruit and train at least 15 local communiry volunteers to be <br /> "welcoming" leaders. <br /> 2. Implementat least 8 public engagement,conversation and dialogue <br /> strategies to increase engagement in the welcoming effort. <br /> 3. Develop and use consistent multimedia messages to promote the <br /> concept of unity and mutual support for the community. <br /> 4. Use the existing structure of Ked�vood City 2020 to support and <br /> sustain the welcoming work. <br /> 5. Connect and integrate welcoming work with exisring community <br /> building efforts. <br /> 6.
