AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> PREPARATION OF A ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT (EIR) <br /> AND AN ECONOMIC IMPACT ANALYSIS <br /> <br /> (DOWNTOWN RETAIL-CINEMA PROJECT) <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this \c,~ day of <br />~'~ · , 1999, by and between the REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br />OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY ("Agency"), a public body, corporate and <br /> <br />politic, and MUNDIE & ASSOCIATES of San Francisco, California <br /> <br />("Consultant"); <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, The Innisfree Companies, a California corporation and <br />Western Investment Real Estate Trust, a California Business Trust (collectively, <br />the "Developers") are proposing to redevelop an area of the City of Redwood <br />City commonly described as the Downtown Retail-Cinema Project Area located <br />on the block bounded by Jefferson, Middlefleld, and Broadway which includes <br />construction of a two-story multiple screen motion picture theater complex <br />comprised of approximately 75,000 square feet, first floor retail and restaurant <br />usage comprised of a combined area of approximately 40,200 square feet, a <br />specialty food store and related court area of approximately 30,400 square feet, <br />and a parking structure with approximately 500 parking stalls within the <br />redevelopment project area located on the block bounded by Jefferson, <br /> <br />G:~shared\Redwood\Council <br />FXS:djk <br />06/25/99 <br />06/30/99R <br /> <br /> <br />
