The School
District has requested eight hours of part-time SRO services at Hoover and Kennedy
Middle Schools for the 2012-13 school year (July 1, 2012 - June 30, 2013). The cost for
the services is approximately $45,000, of which by mutual agreement, the District will
make a total payment of$16,000.00 to partially offset the cost of providing the officers.
NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the collaborative agreements
herein contained, the sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the Parties hereto
agree as follows:
1.
