APPROVAL OF MINUTES - Regular Meeting of September 21, 1992 I - MIS: BUCHANIBURY TO APPROVE SUBJECT MINUTES AS SUBMITTED MOTION CARRIED BY UNANIMOUS VOICE VOTE. MINUTE ORDER NO. RD 92-034 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS A. Carl Kriletitch, 70 Foss Drive, Redwood City, referred to a flyer announcing the demolition of the old Whipple Lodge and asked why it was not being used for shelter until the time the City had actual plans for new buildings on that property. Directors Buchan and Bury explained that the building was absolutely uninhabitable and could not be renovated, and the neighbors who fought so hard to rid their neighborhood of the blight and illegal activities at the site supported the immediate demolition to avoid further problems.
