Consideration of the 1991 Series B Bond Issue - 8th Budget Amendment <br /> (1402-17) <br /> REPORT: Redevelopment Agency Executive Director, December 6, 1993 <br /> Redevelopment Agency Director Church presented the staff report and <br /> described the twelve capital projects and four non-capital projects that <br /> make up the proposed 1991 Series B Bond budget and amendments. In answer to <br /> Directors' questions, Agency Director Church explained the proposed <br /> amendment taking $3,000 from the commercial development project and adding <br /> it to the Main Street project; explained the balance in the Seaport <br /> Repayment account; and the amount of staff time charged to the entry feature <br /> program. <br /> MINUTE BOOK NO.1 <br /> Page No. 149 <br />
